Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on anahatafest.in.

🎟 EVENT TICKETS

All event tickets are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued only if the event is cancelled or postponed by Anahata Fest.

In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 15–20 working days.

No refunds will be provided for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Government regulations or restrictions
  • Force majeure events
  • Artist or speaker unavailability

👕 PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

Returns are applicable only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused and in original condition with packaging

Return shipping costs will be borne by us.

Once approved, refunds or replacements will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

💾 DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products (passes, recordings, downloads) are non-refundable.

Once accessed or downloaded, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted.
