Anahata ambassador PROGRAM – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Anahata Ambassador Program (“Program”) is operated by Digiloom Sustainable Fashion Pvt. Ltd., an India-registered company, and the parent entity of Anahata, a cultural events and lifestyle brand based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Ambassador”, “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
For operational and tracking purposes, Ambassadors may also be referred to as Affiliates within internal systems.

  1. Eligibility
    You must be 18 years or older
    You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
    Digiloom reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any application or account at its sole discretion
    Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate termination
  2. Program Scope
    Ambassadors may promote and earn commissions on:
    🎟️ Anahata Event Tickets
    🛍️ Anahata Merchandise
    Only products listed and sold via official Anahata platforms are eligible.
  3. Commission Structure
    A single, uniform commission rate applies to:
    Event tickets
    Merchandise
    Commission is calculated on the net order value, excluding:
    Taxes
    Shipping charges
    Discounts, coupons, or promotional reductions
    Commission rates may be revised by Digiloom with prior notice
  4. Referral Tracking & Attribution
    Tracking is done via unique Ambassador referral links
    Attribution follows a last-click model
    Cookie duration is defined by Anahata and may change from time to time
    Digiloom is not responsible for lost referrals due to:
    Cookie deletion
    Device or browser changes
    Ad blockers or privacy settings
  5. Valid & Invalid Commissions
    Valid Commissions
    A commission is valid only if:
    The transaction is successfully completed
    Payment is confirmed
    The order is not cancelled, refunded, or disputed
    The refund grace period has elapsed
    Invalid Commissions
    No commission will be paid for:
    Cancelled or refunded orders
    Fraudulent or manipulated transactions
    Self-referrals (your own purchases)
    Purchases generated via misleading, deceptive, or unethical promotion
  6. Payouts
    Commissions become eligible for payout after the refund grace period
    A minimum payout threshold may apply
    Payouts are processed using the payment email or payout details provided by the Ambassador
    Ambassadors are responsible for ensuring payout details are correct and up to date
    Digiloom shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by incorrect payment information.
  7. Promotional Guidelines
    Ambassadors may promote Anahata via:
    Social media platforms
    Blogs, websites, newsletters
    Offline promotion (QR codes, printed material, word-of-mouth)
    Ambassadors must not:
    Misrepresent Anahata, its pricing, or its experiences
    Use Anahata’s brand name in paid advertisements without written permission
    Use spam, fake urgency, or false claims
    Claim employment, ownership, or official representation beyond being an Ambassador
  8. Brand Usage
    Approved Anahata logos and creatives may be used for promotion
    Brand assets must not be altered without written consent
    Digiloom reserves the right to revoke brand usage permissions at any time
  9. Self-Purchase Policy
    Ambassadors are not eligible to earn commission on their own purchases.
    Any attempt to bypass this rule may result in forfeiture of commissions and termination of the account.
  10. Termination
    Digiloom Sustainable Fashion Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to:
    Suspend or terminate any Ambassador account at any time
    Withhold unpaid commissions in cases of fraud or policy violation
    Modify or discontinue the Program with reasonable notice
    Ambassadors may exit the Program at any time by written request.
  11. Modifications to Terms
    These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically.
    Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
  12. Limitation of Liability
    Digiloom shall not be liable for:
    Technical or tracking failures
    Loss of commissions due to user behavior or browser limitations
    Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
    All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
